PETUNJUK TEKNIS PENDAMPINGAN, PENCAIRAN DAN PEMANFAATAN DANA BANTUAN LANGSUNG MASYARAKAT (BLM)

The learning process community to tackle the problem of poverty conducted through direct practice by the communities themselves. In This practice communities are given stimulant fund called Direct Community Assistance (BLM). BLM is directly managed by the communities through BKM / MFIs and utilized directly by the poor as beneficiaries through SHGs.
Hope through this learning is gradually learning community foster empowerment in three aspects, namely environmental, social, and economic (TRIDAYA).
The types of activities can be determined by the community through deliberation residents, while maintaining harmony and sustainable development (aspect Tridaya) according to the needs of society as befits learning in the context of reality (not laboratory).
In accordance with the process of social transformation is in P2KP, the BLM is also provided in accordance with the phase but with the designation and different goals. In the PNPM Urban, BLM used to finance the activities Tridaya already planned in the PJM Pronangkis, whereas in PLPBK, BLM is used not only to finance the entire development plans that have been made but the stimulant fund to study the practice of carrying out the construction of neighborhoods, so they further efforts are needed to raise funds and resources from various other parties (Community Base Neighbourhood Development)
